Greetings and Salutations.

Starting a Rock band perferably Christian based if not I can always sneak in a few songs. I've been getting smacked over the head for several days.

-Someone- obviously wants me to do this but my question is how? I've dabbled with the idea of putting an ad for band members in my Church bulletin.

But how would I go about weeding out the wannabes. Who aren't serious and just wanna join thinking it'll get them their 15 minutes of fame, I really want members in the age ranges of 18-35.

I want to use my singing and song writing abilities for this purpose. Do you guys even think I should?
